Ingredients
16
oz.
Whole30-compliant salsa
20
oz.
crushed pineapple in 100% pineapple juice
2
tsp.
chili powder
1
tsp.
salt
1/2
tsp.
freshly ground black pepper
2
lbs.
boneless
skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
Add all ingredients except chicken to the
slow cooker
and mix well.
Add the chicken and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
Remove the chicken and shred with forks.
Add the chicken back to the
slow cooker
and mix well.
Serve over plantain rice or lettuce, or just enjoy it alone!
