This Low Carb, Keto Broccoli Salad has all the things you love about broccoli casserole. Mayonnaise (Do I have any mayonnaise addicts like myself out there?) BACON. (Because who doesn’t love bacon?) Cheese! (This just keeps getting better.) Oh yeah, and the broccoli. I do love broccoli. Red wine vinegar, granulated erythritol and sea salt and freshly ground black pepper help to bring out all of those wonderful savory flavors as well.

I love taking this Low carb, Keto Broccoli Salad to family gatherings. It is a nice fresh, crunchy change from the normal holiday casseroles you find on the table. Speaking of casseroles, if you’re searching for a low carb or keto-friendly dish to serve this season, be sure to check these out.
