- 2 limes, zested and juiced
- 6 oz. blackberries
- 4 tbsp light olive oil (It’s better than EVOO for cooking at higher temperatures.)
- 1/4 c. 100% apple juice
- 2 tbsp. coconut aminos
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Zest and juice your limes. If you don’t have a citrus zester, that’s okay! Just use a fine cheese grater. It works well, too, in a pinch. I use this lime juicer when I have just a couple to juice and don’t want to make a mess.
- Add everything to a high-powered blender such as a NutriBullet. I love this thing. It can pulverize anything I throw at it in ten seconds flat.
- Blend until smooth.
