This Paleo and Whole30 Chai Spice Latte combines all the flavors of chai tea with freshly brewed coffee and a touch of creamy coconut milk to start your day off right. Sprinkle it with cinnamon for an extra little kick and a drool-worthy pic. Dairy free and vegan. <3
Ingredients

- 16 oz. medium roast coffee, freshly brewed
- 2 chai tea bags
- 1/2 c. canned full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. Grade A organic maple syrup (omit for Whole30)
Instructions
- Steep tea bags in hot coffee for 3-5 minutes.
- Heat the coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
- Discard tea bags. Add everything to a high-powered blender like a NutriBullet or Ninja. (Please note these devices’ instruction manuals do not recommend blending hot liquids. I have never had a problem with either one. Use your good judgment, though, and buy an inexpensive milk frother if you’d prefer.)
- Pulse for 10 seconds and serve immediately.
