Just toss these 4 ingredients (+S&P) in the slow cooker for an easy weeknight meal! This Paleo and Whole30 Pineapple Salsa Chicken will make dinner a breeze.

- 16 oz. Whole30-compliant salsa
- 20 oz. crushed pineapple in 100% pineapple juice
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except chicken to the slow cooker and mix well.
- Add the chicken and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
- Remove the chicken and shred with forks.
- Add the chicken back to the slow cooker and mix well.
- Serve over plantain rice or lettuce, or just enjoy it alone!
