Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except chicken to the slow cooker and mix well.
  2. Add the chicken and cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
  3. Remove the chicken and shred with forks.
  4. Add the chicken back to the slow cooker and mix well.
  5. Serve over plantain rice or lettuce, or just enjoy it alone!
