- 1 c. fresh spinach, lightly packed
- 1 banana
- 1/2 pineapple chunks, fresh, frozen or canned ( I used canned because it’s mid-winter and still too cold here for frozen treats.)
- 1 avocado
- 1 c. full-fat canned coconut milk
- Optional garnishes: additional banana slices, kiwi slices, chia seeds, almonds, unsweetened coconut flakes and starfruit.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a Nutribullet or other high-powered blender.
- Add optional garnishes such as banana slices, kiwi, chia seeds, almonds, unsweetened coconut flakes and starfruit.
