Whole30 Loaded Tuna Salad

  • 5 oz. soy-free canned tuna
  • 3 tbsp. Tessemae’s Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. shredded carrots
  • 2/3 red seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 tbsp. slivered almonds
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 scallions (green part only, chopped, optional)


  1. Combine soy-free tuna and Tessemae’s Whole30-Approved Mayonnaise in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  2. Fold in the carrots, grapes and almonds, being careful not to smash the grapes while still mixing thoroughly.
  3. Add salt and pepper, to taste.
  4. Garnish with scallions if desired.
