This Whole30 Steak and Potatoes Sheet Pan Dinner is the perfect meal for a busy weeknight or when you don't want to spend an hour in the kitchen. Rosemary and garlic enhance the flavors of the steak and veggies without overpowering them. This meal is so simple and easy to make with minimal prep and cleanup.
Add the potatoes to a pot and fill with water until the potatoes are covered. Bring the water to a boil, and boil 10-15 minutes until potatoes can be pierced with a fork but aren’t mushy.
Remove the pan from the oven. Turn the steaks, brush with marinade and broil another 3-4 minutes depending on your preferences. Test with a digital thermometer for doneness.
Notes
Be extremely careful taking the sheet out of the oven. Juices will be splattering, and the broiler is extremely hot. I pulled my thinner steak out at 3 minutes on the second side and put the thicker steak back in for one more minute.
