Ingredients

medium tomatoes
seeded and diced

medium white onion
diced

cloves
garlic
minced

fresh lime juice
to taste
large handful fresh cilantro
finely chopped

jalapeno
finely diced

tsp.
pink Himalayan sea salt
plus more to taste

tsp.
avocado oil
Instructions
Mix all ingredients.
Add additional
salt
and fresh lime juice to taste.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in an airtight container.
