This Low Carb, Keto Broccoli Salad is made with fresh, raw broccoli, crispy fried bacon, shredded cheddar and creamy mayonnaise. It's a great fresh and crunchy addition to your holiday potluck or summer BBQ.

red wine vinegar

granulated erythritol

freshly cracked black pepper

fresh broccoli florets
roughly chopped
6
slices
bacon
cooked, cooled and chopped

c.
finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
Instructions
Whisk first four ingredients in a mixing bowl until well mixed.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Add sea salt and additional freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
Cover and chill four hours or overnight.
