    Wow thank you.

    I like to make my meal preps simple and easy by only having one meal choice for each meal over a week. So instead of doing this plan daily I will take each day and expand it over the week, that gives me 3 weeks of different meals. I’ve had enough of cooking at the moment, so thanks again for the no cook aspect of this budget friendly meal plan. I’m pretty sure only have one days type of meals over a week makes the plan even more budget friendly too, and less chance of food waste.

      I’m so glad it helped! I like to eat the same meal every day for simplicity unless I’m really in the mood to cook, but my family isn’t on board with that yet. 🙂
