22 Dec No Cook Keto BLT Breakfast Wraps
Last Updated on December 22, 2021
These no cook keto BLT breakfast wraps are the perfect low carb, egg free way to break your fast without spending a ton of time in the kitchen! Use precooked bacon or real bacon bits to keep them no-cook!
I created these no cook keto BLT Breakfast Wraps as part of our No Cook Keto Meal Plan Bundle. I was desperate to lose weight but didn’t have the time, money, or energy to make labor-intensive keto recipes, and many times, the rest of my family wanted something different, so I found myself cooking two versions of each meal. I created my Seven Day No Cook Keto Meal Plan for a quick way to get in a week’s worth of healthy keto meals without taking up much time or breaking the bank. (Each meal averages out to under $4!)
The bundle includes nine recipes, which are recycled throughout the week to eliminate waste and save money. Also included are a weekly breakdown of meals, macro tracking sheets for each day, and a shopping list. This plan makes it easy and affordable for you to eat meals different from your family if needed, but you can also multiply everything super easily as well!
