16 Jan Easy Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe
These Asian chicken lettuce wraps are SO quick and easy to make, full of flavor, low carb and keto-friendly. gluten-free and dairy-free! Inspired by PF Chang’s lettuce wraps.
These Asian chicken lettuce wraps taste amazing! A perfect weeknight dinner when you don’t want to make a big mess and when you want dinner on the table fast. They’re also the perfect fix for when you’re craving Chinese takeout but want to keep it healthy.
Most PF Chang’s copycat recipes call for hoisin sauce. Unfortunately, hoisin sauce has a LOT of carbs and undesirable ingredients like sugar, flour (gluten), soybean oil, etc. If you want to use the hoisin sauce, you can still keep the recipe pretty low in carbs. Instead of 3 tablespoons of coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and Brown Swerve, omit the Swerve, and use 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce. Try to find the cleanest hoisin sauce you can. Here is a gluten-free hoisin sauce.
Did I mention this dish is low carb and keto-friendly? It’s also gluten free! Winner winner chicken dinner, huh?!
