Most PF Chang’s copycat recipes call for hoisin sauce. Unfortunately, hoisin sauce has a LOT of carbs and undesirable ingredients like sugar, flour (gluten), soybean oil, etc. If you want to use the hoisin sauce, you can still keep the recipe pretty low in carbs. Instead of 3 tablespoons of coconut aminos, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and Brown Swerve, omit the Swerve, and use 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce. Try to find the cleanest hoisin sauce you can. Here is a gluten-free hoisin sauce.
